Shadow Weave turned up at the bottom of a very large pile of textile books, many of which are out of print. (And speaking of out of print - Cornell has a copy of Keep Me Warm One Night. I must go over and check it out!)

Do you have a copy of Margaret Windeknecht's Shadow Weave book? It is now OOP, but she has put it on CD, plus she's done an additional shadow weave CD. She belongs to our guild and does fascinating stuff...with one hand!! She suffered a major stroke as a young woman around the time I started weaving in 1980. If you're interested in her pubs. let me know and I'll send you the ISBNs or whatever. Too lazy to run upstairs right now. Stay warm over there!!

I have two of her color and weave books, which are great. I've never seen the shadow weave one, but I'd love the info on it.

ARGH!! Once again, the fingers were in motion before the brain was engaged. Shadow weave is a subset of color & weave...I was thinking vice versa. However, I did pull down my Margaret stuff. She has several monographs in addition to the color & weave books. "The Pinwheel: An Exploration in Color & Weave", "Point Twill w/ Color & Weave", & "The Rosepath Motif" (I have this one). If you're interested in how to obtain copies, I can check at the next guild meeting (3rd Thurs. of the month..coming up in Feb.)
